While it was back ordered for a time. I received it and it is very professionally made. I have used it on my shoulder and while I still have pain, I think it is working. Great company.

Haven’t received the Kineon Move + yet but hoping for the best based on the technology and reviews. Can’t give 5 star yet until I have the unit and have tried it. Also unfortunately I got an email almost immediately after purchase notifying me that they’re due to high demand and supply chain issues that the order would be delayed more than expected. That’s a bummer. But at least I’ll also be receiving the upgraded version of the Move + so at least there’s that to look forward to Update: I’ve already received the device and it was faster then I expected and it is the fully upgraded version :) to speak on its effectiveness I’ve only used it 3 days so far but I actually do think it has helped somewhat. My activity level is working out 5 days a week and tennis 2-3x a week. Will update again the stars should I really feel the difference after a few weeks

Ok. So shipment were delayed (snow storm, logistics issue…). I did not notice their info emails about it so I got a bit surprised to see my order had not shipped after a few days. They replied very kindly and made a gesture. It seems they do care about their customers, I like that. Now I’m waiting for the shipment and testing the kit, can’t wait!!

After more than a month of using the Kineon Move+, I can confirm that it does mostly work; however, it needs more accessories to allow it to be easily used on various areas of the body. I really want to use it on wrists and elbows, and the large strap it comes with does not offer any easy ways to do that; it fits the knee. Accessories that are simple elastic bands with holes to support the Kineon light modules might work for the wrist and elbow. Effectiveness: While it does seem to relieve pain and issues, the pain-free effect feels more temporary than I would like, particularly on places like elbows where it is harder to place it usefully. It does seem like the healing trajectory is slowly upward, though, so things may get better in the future. Other concerns: It uses rechargeable batteries, so I hope its life is acceptable. Rechargeable devices, especially ones like this with no good way to replace the batteries, always concern me as to their effective life. The portability, however, is largely excellent thanks to its use of battery power. Perhaps some other designs with replaceable batteries could also be in the future. Edit March 20, 2023 to add a few other points: The quality is mostly good, though there are a few minor issues. The light modules themselves seem high quality, with some metal parts and a solid feel despite mostly-plastic construction. The strap they snap into seems average quality, with a plastic buckle and plastic holders for the light modules but (thankfully) metal adjustment loops. The fit of the modules in the plastic receptacles is OK, but it's frustrating to pop them in and out to recharge them as the receptacles grip them tightly and it feels difficult to remove the modules without potentially stressing or damaging the holders or their plastic attachment points to the straps. Or the modules can go flying, as they suddenly spring free once the receptacles let go! The packaging and accessories are OK. The case feels decent. The charger really seems like it should have a bit more information printed on it (say on the back/underside), not just a logo and three lights adorning a blank black box. The velcro cable tie used to secure the USB charging cable during shipping actually snagged on the light module snap when I unboxed everything, causing slight damage to the strap. (Velcro items seem prone to snagging things, so it seems like a poor choice.)

Responded really quickly to queries I have had. Sent videos of where to place knee Kineon .Been using it for 2 weeks ,74 yr old with painful knees ,no worse but no real signs yet of improvement will continue for 2 more weeks

The Move+ was purchased through crowd funding and it was shipped and delivered as stated. The Move+ works well, with all three lights being able to turn on and off. Timer is for 5m, which is fine. The strap is only OK. It can be difficult to place the lights if it isn't just on the knee and the strap can only get so small. Given the way the straps are made, you can't remove one of the light holders and have an even smaller strap. Maybe velcro for the strap rather than the buckle system. Even better would be to have a way to 'stick' the light holder to the skin and be able to position them wherever is needed (like a sholder or hip or lower back.

Usually I'm not a long review writer but I have to say that every step with them is good, from the website great design that clearly shows this is not a scam nor an everyday products with super claims that is actually fake! shipping was great, packing was even greater! Communication with my complicated pain issue has really got my attention, that the staff from customer service to the CEO are all attentive to my needs! Thats really great and is not just a feeling, this is real. Although I'm on my first steps with them but I can tell that I have high hopes. Oh, I forgot to mention the important point, the device quality is really good and more than my expectation. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that because I'm just starting my treatment and I still have no idea about how efficient it would be with my complicated state!
