Still waiting.
I would love to review Reviiv products but I have been waiting weeks to receive mine. I am slightly annoyed that I cannot find any tracking information. For several weeks Shopify has said “shipped” but no further information. Is my product coming from the moon??? To be fair, I must say that it was made clear that it would be mid to late September for delivery.

Hi Nancy! Sorry to hear your frustration here. I can see that we emailed you on Sep 12th with the tracking information for your order, hopefully you received this? If not, please double check any spam folders in case this went astray! As it is a newly developed product, it is currently shipping direct from our warehouse in China (hence the slightly longer shipping time), however in the coming weeks as we get more stock available, we will have local distribution centres to help speed this up.
