Helps Foot Pain Too
I walk around 30,000 steps a day, and since using this device on the bottoms of both feet for fifteen minutes each, my soles feel almost new. Great work!

Altough it took much longer than wished…
Altough it took much longer than wished and expected, It has been very effective in improving my knees health and I have not have pain since after 5 days of use.

Getting older
I initially got this for a nagging golfer’s elbow, and some knee stiffness. However, I also shared this with my wife. So, I have only used it sparingly. But she has routinely used it, loves it, and has helped with her lacrosse knees and a recent hamstring pull. So I will use it throughout the off season to see its effects on me, but I am hopeful with my wife’s progress. It is a well made product.
