Way back in October 2016, I was a in great pain and became an original Kickstarter backer, receiving a Kmino crutch as my perk. I used it and extolled its virtues to all who asked. As my back has not improved, I got myself its pair. There was a short learning curve for me to figure out how to use two at once. I occasionally dropped one or the other, but have now mastered the wonderful comfort of using these very well-made crutches. I am a SuperBacker and have supported about 500 projects, but I always say that this crutch was one of the best items I have ever helped. Very Highly Recommend.

After months of waiting time, I finally received 2 sets of Kineon. I really appreciate the hard work has been given by the team of Kineon, they have kept all backers updated on the status of production, shipping. I understand they have tried their best to deliver the products on time during the pandemic time . Honestly, that's one of the best experience I have on Indiegogo. I have been using it for few weeks, I do feel some tension released in my knees and less pain at night, I will definitely keep using it every day. The battery of one modules lasts shorter than the other two modules. I contacted the support, they responded within few hours and helped me going through all troubleshooting steps. A few days later, they contacted me to follow up on the solution and also offered me a replacement for the best satisfaction. I am very happy to see they take good care of the customers. I had a right knee meniscus tear that was rather intense. Could not find a comfortable position in bed, even with blanket weight. I could not tailor my active times to tend to it, nor knew of anything that would help, but it really did not impede activity. I received the Move+ and started using it. I found in quick order that I was not noticing pain lying down any more, though it was apparent during the day (riding a horse and on my feet in a studio) but bearable. The suggestion by Kineon was consistency, but one of the units seemed to discharge much quicker than the others. Because of the excellent customer service, I am able to maintain the daily minutes with a fully functional unit, and I am generally feeling much general improvement.
