I purchased the Move+ on Indiegogo after a year of pain and was taking anti-inflammatory pills daily for my inflamed Achilles tendon. I was starting to feel desperate, as it limited my movement each day, and I hoped this might help. I felt a difference within a week of use, and a few months later, I had no ankle pain and was able to move around without worrying whether I would be in pain from what I was doing. It also helped decrease achiness and low-level pain in my post-surgical knees...I had ACL replacements (both knees) more than 10 years ago and have early arthritis due to it. I still use it a few times a week, and it makes a huge difference in my mobility and pain. I haven't needed to take painkillers for my ankle or knees since I started using it.
