The customer service, I couldn't ask for better. They showed me that they are genuinely concerned about any complaints, or issues you may have with your device. ( I must name Edward.) They actually replaced my device, that I thought was defective. Because I have a replacement, I need more time to determine if the device is helping my injury, but the organization is very trustworthy.

Edward from Kineon IGG always responded to my inquiries and has been accommodating whenever I write. I was an early contributor for the Move+ and I received my device within the time frame that was estimated when I made my contribution. I am satisfied with their product and customer service.

They answered me right away. Have not received the product. Keeps telling me to take a survey that is locked. Don't know if I will ever receive this item Has been since August 2022. This has happened on 2 items. Guess I won't be doing this any more.

Delivered late but they refunded me the shipping costs .... for now so I'm giving 5 stars after I had given 1 as I didn't receive the product on time. Now let's see how it works and as soon as possible I'll update you further.

We've already escalated the issue with logistics to our management so we can work on finding ways to expedite the shipping of the units. That being said, we do not intend to not give our customers their devices as it's our core mission to help our users become pain free. If you wish to cancel your order we can definitely process a refund back to you as we did with the shipping fees on our previous reply. Hi my kineon arrived on the 11th of January and I have used it everyday since…. The swelling has gone down and and the pain I have in my knee is massively improved…. The service and updates were very good….

Have been having an issue with a module battery not holding a charge as long as the the other three and with synchronization. Edward was most helpful and responsive in a consistently timely manner. He has provided valuable information over several e-mails with links to videos. I wish all companies could have people who actually cared enough to perform and respond as Edward has for us. As a matter of information, since using the red light therapy, I haven't needed and no longer take OTC pain meds for my knee pain. Thanks Kineon!
