Noticing a lot of benefits in my mental and physical well being. Wounds seem to be healing quicker. Very responsive and helpful staff. Great value compared to paying for individual red light therapy sessions. Only complaint is the strap being small and hard to use which they have told me is being fixed soon via a new bigger strap.

There was no issues with the purchase and delivery of the device. The only question I had was regarding charging the device and it was answered quickly and properly. I've been using it regularly and feel that it is helping my problem which is: IT band syndrome. I wish that I could get more feedback from people who have this problem and used the device.

EDIT: I have finally recieved new product after more then a month. Once support team finally got back to me they were very responsive and helpful. So I am adjusting my rating since they did help out and get me a new product very quick. Have had the new product for just a few days and it seems super easy to use and good quality. Will provide further review after more use to see how it helps with my shoulder issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW 1 STAR: I ordered my product on March 26 and now more then a month later and still has not arrived. I have reached out via email and also through the support to get support and have not heard back at all. Meanwhile I am being spammed about the product that I have yet recieved. I have tried requesting a refund in both cases and no acknowledgement at all.

I live in Italy and I am happy to have received the device within only a month of subscribing. My problem consists of excessive consumption of cartilage at my knees. I only enter 4 stars because I just started the treatments but I read that the results are certain and fast I look forward to the response to start the treatments confident of getting great results! I am a doctor and a former marathon runner, currently I have mild and permanent knee pain due to cartilage wear, which does not prevent me from leading a normal life. That's why I saw the kineon alternative on indiegogo and decided to try it, and I sincerely believe that it improves function and joint pain, however, like any new device, it can be improved, with better tape, regulate the time of use, improve the manual use, which gives very little information, recommendations for each particular joint and what type of charger is recommended, since 2 of my modules a month or two months were damaged, so I had to contact them, fortunately they told me that they would replace it free of charge, after demonstrating with video and photos its damaged.

Buying experience was easy. Wish you would have told me before ordering that there would be a delay in shipping. It's an important buying factor, especially with so many similar products popping up.

I am 82. Use two devices one on each knee. The first two are nearly done. I have to reload them flyer every session. So , when you use them intensely, they last about a year. On the other hand I’m still mobile without help.

I charge my batteries when the light turns yellow, but lately the charge does not seem to last very long. Having to charge more frequently
