Well after reading these reviews I just want to commend you guys for handling things so professionally for being a new start up company. My experience with ordering and the entire process has been fabulous and I give them five stars. The product, the packaging, the website, the education available, are absolutely top of the line. I found out about this product from listening to a podcast with the senior developer of the product and I was extremely impressed with the information that he provided and I made a decision to order the device immediately after looking months for some thing that I felt would be helpful for my boyfriends joint pains. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made and I continue to recommend this device to anyone that I know has issues with any joint pain.
