I'm rating the company, not the product. While I have ordered the product, it hasn't arrived yet and any review will come later. I came across Kineon Labs in a Crossfit related newsletter and got interested as I have a knee issue I want to handle. I subscribed to their newsletter and have been reading them since. In my opinion, I have been getting good information from the newsletters and blog entries. I sent a couple of e-mails and got replies within 24 hours, actually faster than that. I find Kineon as a company well in communication and working to inform their subscribers on the technology of Red Light Therapy. I definitely recommend to subscribe and find out for yourself. The product might be a bit pricey but if it handles pain and helps me to get to a better quality of life, it was worth it. Future will tell.

I just received my second set of the Move+ and really like the improvements over the original Indiegogo style. I like that you can tell how much battery is left and that the length of the session can now be adjusted. My wife and I both had good results with the original purchase, and this second one keeps us from battling who gets to use it.

Let me just say that the Kineon is a game changer for headaches. I had a recent concussion and the headaches were terrible. Placing the unit around my head for 3 five minute sessions really gave me relief.

I've been using the Move+ for the past 2 weeks now to relieve neck, shoulder, elbow, lower back and knee pain. I just learned on March 20th that Kineon released an updated user guide. Make sure you read that before you start using. It's quite useful. I didn't even know these were available. The only item I want to point out after using for several weeks is that I noticed that after a few hours of non-use, they do not always simultaneously turn on. This is easily remedied by returning the devices to the charging station (unplugged or plugged). It would also be great if Kineon created or sold other types of straps(shorter and longer) or accessories(sleeves?) for specific areas of the body. I think the existing straps fit me best for my neck, knees, and pec minor but other areas you may need to use an ace bandage to keep in place.
