It was a very straightforward purchase experience. The product is super well built but still lacks a variety of belts (Yes, there are belts in development) that will help it to be used on different parts of the body.

Customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly and even followed up beyond that. You don't get that much these days. They fixed my problem quickly and it wasn't even an actual problem. One of my pods just didn't get a good charge. I love my Move+!

I have received the device and used it three times a day for a total of 15 minutes a day for the last three weeks. It made a big difference in healing my knee pain. I am now able to resume my daily walks, sleep on a side without pain and do qigong routines with considerably less pain. Thank you for a great product!

Great Customer Service, so far I have not received the order that I have placed awhile ago, simply because my parcel has gone missing in transit. Kineon with their great customer service has since replaced the lost order, however I have yet to receive it. One of their CS (Reginald) was very helpful in everyway, has helped me sorted out the missing parcel. GREAT JOB.
