Kineon customer service is exceptional. I have made several enquiries and they have always responded in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. I would also like to thank them for developing the Kineon. It has helped me so much. I am 66 and still enjoy being active. I painted my house 3 coats and developed a pain first in my shoulder then it moved up to my neck. I had this about 3 yrs ago and it made my life a misery. I used the Kineon twice a day for 15 mins. After a few days I felt I was making progress, then after 3 wks the pain has gone. In fact we bought another one so we always have one at home for other family members. I would go as far as to say that this is a household essential for anyone over 60. Thank you!
