It's still too early to tell and give an honest review. I am using the MOVE for my knee and shoulder/back. I received the MOVE about two weeks ago and used it every other day for 15 minutes. I haven't noticed anything different yet. Both locations still have pain, and I haven't sensed any change. I continue to go to the physio and regularly do my exercises. So we shall see what comes out of it. As for the device itself, its well made and good quality, and I expect it to last for a long time. The case is well made, and the charging station rocks. Overall, the product and presentation are spot on. Hoping its use will help.

I have been using Kineon for about one week for bilateral knee pain. I am a 65 year old crossfit athlete, so I know joint pain! I have been using Kineon twice daily on each knee and I am very happy with the results. Knee pain diminished and mobility increased. My only issue is that I can not seem to get the device to actually program to any setting other than 10 minutes. Otherwise it is as advertised!

I have received my Kineon in good working order. I have charged it and applied to my knee area as instructed. So far swelling has reduced but still have some pain and instability. I have use it 6 times for 10 minutës.

Working well except the three lights that suppose to be in sync, so you don't need to turn on all three devices hasn't been working that well, oven if we had try to reset them. no bi g deal, to turn on all three.

I’ve been delicate to twice a day use. My rotator cuff is feeling better and after playing pickleball it recovers faster. I hoping it will completely heal it as I’m not doing the surgery. The strap system doesn’t really work for my target points, so mostly have to hold it place.

Originally gave 1 star when my unit was not working and I'd had no response but since then received over 10 emails with detailed fault finding help and followup when I asked for the longer belt, so unit currently working and customer service fab, will upgrade to 5 if unit stays working :)
