Good Info, but No Discount .I liked the depth of information on…
I liked the depth of information on your site, and the inclusion of reviews. I was disappointed because the discount link did not work for me and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Message was "captcha failed,"but I'm not a robot. So given the cost I was discouraged about that. Anxious to try this product.

Once purchased they said it was a long delay. Why wouldn’t you mentioned on website knowing the delay.

Company needs better communication
Tried to order. Gave our email as we were promised 10% off. Got the code, but the code was missing. Unable to phone anyone, which is very aggravating. Tried to write and one email bounced back. Finally submitted our problem. Meanwhile got the code and ordered. Waiting for item.

This is about the purchase experience. Very confusing as lots of different purchase options on the indiogogo website. No explanation. Why the amount in US$ converts into the same amount in GB£. The whole purchase experience could be much smoother!

We're not sure if you did not receive our latest email but as per our conversation, the reason why the prices are the same regardless if it's GB£ or US$ is because of import taxes/fees. We account the different rates shipping as well as import taxes in each region hence the pricing model provided in the website. Beware trying to return before the time…
Beware trying to return before the time is up. Doesn’t work nor did it help me. I emailed numerous times and 🦗🦗🦗🦗 alerted PayPal they are now trying to contact the company. Update——- received my refund after PayPal was involved. The refund was prompt after that. Also this item didn’t Work for me. So i can’t say one way or the other about it.

Shipping costs to Thailand discrepancy
Could make it easier to use for international customers. On your shipping page you list one price to Thailand, then when I checked out, it was doubled. Not cool.
