Super impressed with Kineon as a product and company so far. Product has only been with me a little over a week and my upper back and shoulder have never been better. I've suffered shoulder problems since having it badly dislocated as a kid. That affected my upper back later in life. Always had pain to a degree that's worsened with age. This has been better than my Osteo, my Kailo pads, my PEMF device. Add to that and their service has been all you hope for in a product oriented company. Fast service, great packaging, fast delivery, and even a discount. Add to that, they had a pop sale a week after my purchase and gave me the added discount on my original sale. Wow! Not many companies stand by their values any more, but this is definitely an exception. Really can't fault them. Just buy one.

For 20+ years my shoulder pain has gotten progressively worse to the point that it's difficult to sleep. With Move+ Pro I had significant pain relief the first night and it's getting better over two weeks to a 70-80% reduction in my pain. Rarely feel any pain during the day. I think I still need my pain med (meloxicam) but the shoulder pain no longer wakes me up. I'm kind of blown away by how effective it has been.

I was so disappointed that life interrupted my purchase of the Kineon red light device. Right after I ordered my device, my a/c unit died, so I could not afford this purchase. The staff I corresponded with were very helpful and responded quickly to my request. There was never any pressure to keep my purchase. Top notch company:) I have no doubt that the Kineon red light device is worth every penny and would have helped my joints.

Customer Service Team is Best In Class!

I have been using my Kineon Move+ Pro for about a month and so far and super happy with the purchase. I use it about 5-6 times a day (on 5-6 different body parts... both shoulders, both achilles, right bicep and sometimes right knee) and the battery lasts me 3-4 days so that is pretty cool. I can tell a big difference in pain reduction for fresh, acute tweaks. The long term chronic tweaks I have been dealing with seem to take a bit longer, but I have already noticed improvements so i am optimistic and excited. I have a red light/infrared device that I got about 7 years ago for knee issues that I had success with, but my Move+ Pro is by far way ahead of that one in terms of convenience, safety and technology. I believe in the Move+ Pro so much that I just invested a little bit into the company.

I had an initial issue with my original order and submitted a query through the online support link. I was a bit concerned it would take a long time to get a response; however, I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick resolution and answers that allowed me to complete my order properly. It really impressed me and built my confidence in this company and the product they build.

One light stopped pairing. A helpful email instructed me how to repair it. Probably a better tutorial on pairing and on using the supplied straps would be helpful. Otherwise the units seem to work well. Been using daily for over a week now.
