1. Excellent customer service. I've had a few issues with modules and the company was very quick to send a replacement. 2. I had meniscus surgery over 6 months ago and nothing was working to reduce swelling and pain. The move + along with "voodoo floss" has given me a HUGE benefit and reduction in inflammation.

I use the Kineon move for a lot of issues. I had broken back and jaw in accident. It does wonders on my neck, jaw, back, any body area that hurts I use it on. I've had it for a couple of months and use it almost every day. It is hard to believe that a laser/light can help so much.
