Customer service was quick to respond! I’m using the units 3 times a day for 15 minutes on my knee. Hope this maximizes the chances of the meniscus tear being able to heal. I know meniscus heals very slowly, if at all. I’m also trying shockwave therapy and Bioptron along with Kineon. Thanks!

I’ve just started to use the Kineon, wasn’t sure if I may use the devise 15min a session, although on multiple body parts throughout the day, was thrilled to receive the prompt positive answer from Kineon team. One of the modules came apart when I took it out of the battery charger. I contacted Kineon and immediately I was queried as to it's condition and it's role with the other two modules. I responded and very quickly they told me that a new module would be forthcoming. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kineon!
