On the video it showed a shoulder…
On the video it showed a shoulder strap, but when i recieved the product i was missing, i contacted you guys and you stated that it was in the works, that i could use any other strap. Not satisfied.

No alot of "how to" helpful tips on how to use.
Couldnt get on facebook page for more insight from other users.not alot of information on how to use / tips. only stays on for 5 min. - is that long enoughto be effective? Have used for about 3 weeks every night on main ailment-hip area. No noticeable improvement, was having pain in bottom of big toe on my bike rides. used the Kineon on bottomn of toe & pain was gone in a week. So i guess i will keep it.

Aside from our Facebook page, we have a support helpdesk in our website as well as a community group in Facebook where we share different tips and guides on how to use the Move+. I don’t get certain answer which week…
I don’t get certain answer which week to ship and what survey form I should apply for my shipment. Just keep receiving promotion letter without essential information I should have.

Maybe it’s helping 🤷‍♂️ but strap needs redesigning
Only 3 stars, because I simply can’t tell yet after one week if it is actually making a difference, but maybe some of the pain has eased (achilles tendon, golfer’s elbow). However the strap even on the newer version definitely needs redesigning again as the velcro keeps popping off and doesn’t keep the device in place.

Only had the product 1 day
Only had the product 1 day, so I can’t confirm any benefits as of yet but the strap that comes with the product is terrible for the price you pay. Still awaiting the email that you have supposedly sent regarding how to use your “High quality strap”

Not too sure about this..
I don’t believe I received the right strap for this device and it’s hard to maneuver and use. I’ve been using it for about a week since I got it and haven’t really noticed any change in the pain in my knees or shoulder. I’m using it multiple times a day for 3 sets of 5 minutes each time. Also a full 20 minute session on both knees a day as well.

I am not sure how to rate my experience…
**Received my Move+ today - 11 days since ordering and shipped to NW Wash state. I did pay $9 extra for shipping. So...not as bad as I initially feared!(Previous comments below). So far(day#1); easy to use without looking at instructions😊I hope it works. I will offer additional feedback in a couple weeks either way! I am not sure how to rate my experience so far as I was hoping the product would ship shortly after ordering. I placed my order 5 days ago, having paid extra for faster shipping. I still have not received any notification that my order is being processed. That said, I did receive correspondence after placing my order indicating possible reasons for any upcoming delay. I am looking forward to receiving the product, however, I think companies should communicate any possible/likely delays prior to completion of the transaction; as simple as stating when you order that the item is on back order and a estimate of any delay. I look forward to receiving the item and will offer additional feedback once I receive and have used it for a period of time. Please come soon!! my knees are hurting ;)
