useless device
In my case, cartilage damage, it was not useful at all, did not relieve nor did it fix the problem, and now it is parked somewhere not to be used anymore. If I could I wish to return it.

Slow response cost me $
They seemed good and offered an introductory discount. So, I was going to buy one a few days before the price increase. But didn’t know if they could deliver to a PO Box and asked if they did or not. But … They delayed getting back to me until after the price had gone up.

I just paid over $400 for the move+
I just paid over $400 for the move+. And 3 months later not even I get an email with all these “updates” and how great the pro will be. Why would you put out a mediocre product for 400 and make us waste our money. Not a fair business model at all.

Misinformation regarding delay in my order
I placed my order which was confirmed and was then advised of possible delays after a snow storm and supply issues. I then received an email that told me there was a query regarding my mailing and billing address? I was then asked to send a picture of a piece of mail or my driving licence to confirm my address. I have never had this before and I won’t be sending a picture of my driving licence. I have been told that if I don't do this my order will be cancelled. So I am not overly impressed. I have emailed your company as well as this feedback request so hopefully I should get an answer. Regards Paul

How long? Are u real
I haven’t received my new move+ unit ordered Feb 17 which were to be shipped in a few days with airfreight which I paid C$120 to cover….still haven’t received by March 16’th, is this company legit? On the Indiegogo page, it says "Estimated Delivery Date" June 23. Are you sure I have to wait that long? Especially since it is advertised with shipping readiness! Kineon, please send me a shipping confirmation

Hello Jan, We appreciate you for raising this issue. We'd recently experienced logistics issue after being hit with heavy blizzards on our Minnesotta fulfillment centers. That being said, the estimated shipping date in our Indiegogo campaign is an automated setting that unfortunately, we cannot edit or remove. I haven’t received my new move+ set of…
I haven’t received my new move+ set of two units ordered Feb 16 which were to be shipped in a few days with airfreight which I paid C$120 to cover….still haven’t received by March 12’th, is this company legit? I think they’ve plowed the roads in Minnesota so they should be able to pick and ship by now. Kineon, please send me shipping confirmation

I've been trying to request a refund…
I've been trying to request a refund for a week now but have not received a response back. The return portal link says "page not found" so I have no idea what to do. I used the product every day for 15 minutes a day and it worked for a week but then there were no other improvements which is unfortunate.
