Great experience with the service team and communication on my order! Mariella is a rockstar!

I have been diagnosed with lumbar disk bulges and have had major stiffness and pain. Although the advice on the website says it can take a few weeks at least to notice a difference from using the device, I found my back pain eased significantly with only a few sessions. The stiffness and difficulty straightening up went away, it was such a relief. I was in touch with some questions and the team was extremely helpful.

Received a pop up when I was looking at the Kineon that offered a $45 discount. Entered my email, but never got the discount. I went ahead and ordered the kineon anyway and then thought to email the company about the discount. Sure enough, they were very good about it and offered me the discount even after I already made the purchase! Very happy with this company so far! Hope the item is as good as their service!!

Situation: I ordered a move+ a few days prior to a sale. I reached out to customer support to see if I could get my purchase adjusted to matched the lower price sale price. I also had a few questions regarding tariffs and duties for shipping to my location. Initially there was a longer than anticipated delay for customer service to respond to my inquiries. Once Mariella from customer service was able to get in contact with me, the process was very positive. Mariella was kind, patient, and understanding of my situation, and mild frustration regarding the delay in response. Result: I was able to get my pricing adjusted and a refund was processed on my method of payment. I am expecting to receive my item without further issue.
