I ordered a rainbow block toy as a gift for my friend’s new born baby girl. The item was delivered on time and was beautifully made. I ran into one problem however from my end. I ordered the item with the name “Isabel” and my friend changed the spelling of the name last minute to “Isabelle”. I contacted the shop owner Jack and he quickly responded to rectify the issue. Thanks Jack!

My Daughter requested this product on a baby registry. It is a beautiful product and will be something my granddaughter will be able to keep and pass on. The ordering process was quick and easy. I was also able to contact the company with questions and received a quick response. I am sure I will be ordering another unique gift from them and I strongly recommend ordering from them! :)

We love our Kindly Toys puzzle! My daughter got one for Christmas and loves it. It’s adorable in her nursery and will keep her occupied for long periods of time. The customer service has been great as well. Will definitely be shopping here for gifts in the future!

Great customer service! Always responsive and helpful! I ordered 2 and sent them to different locations. One arrived in a week the other took a bit longer, but I believe that was due to courier error. It should not reflect badly on Kindly! The quality is wonderful and they are such a hit with toddlers!
