Great customer service and quality, custom toy/puzzle. One of our dogs ruined some of the puzzle pieces and when we reached out to customer service to purchase replacement pieces, they were extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. Would order from them again just because of the quality customer service.

Was gifted a puzzle for my son from kindly toys and it is absolutely beautiful cannot fault it at all, he loves playing with it. We have the version with pegs so it’s easier for him to pick up the pieces. 10/10.

This company is amazing! Got a bear shaped busy board from them which my granddaughter loves. One of the letters got ruined when the puppy got ahold of it. The customer service was great to work with getting a replacement letter for her. Thanks to a great company.

The quality of the product was terrible. The dowels didn’t fit in the holes and made it almost impossible to put the shelves together.
