I didn’t know I needed to assemble it, and the wood base isn’t flat so it wobbles. I tightened each bar as tight as they could go and they are still loose. They don’t come off but they jiggle, the middle one is the only one that is super secure. I’m very disappointed with this product and will not be ordering again from this company.

Absolutely beautiful piece. Customer service answered all of my questions. I received the item in less than 21 days. Love everything about it. I bought this for my nieces first birthday and I’m so excited to give it to her

The customer service was excellent and quick to fix a problem with a letter! Will be sure to recommend and buy again.

I was really hesitant on buying one of these as a gift to my 1year old nephew. But I am pleasantly surprised with this! It came in its little personal bag and after trying out the different sensory tasks it works wonderfully. After buying the product they emailed me tracking information right away that I could check where it is at all times. I purchased on March 21st and it was delivered on April 1st. The toy is very well designed and I couldn’t be happier with this gift, they even gave an extra set of letters just in case they are lost! If you are as hesitant as I was in the beginning I would say just go for it! The only reason I am giving a four star because little bear on one of the tasks is a little hard to move however I think after some time it’ll be easier.

You can tell this company truly cares about their product and customer experience. We love our puzzle that we got for our kiddo. Love that it teaches them their name too and animals! This is one of our favorite toys.

I went to order the rainbow toy and the order was suppose to cost $39. After submitting my credit card information and purchasing the toy my card was charged $263 dollars. The order then included six toys I did not order and didn’t even include the toy I had tried to order. I feel like I was hardcore scammed. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all!
