Order was placed August 5th and it took basically a month to arrive which was not timely for what I needed it for. Out of all fairness though, when I emailed my concerns your response was quick and professional.

I never received the package. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response.

I never received my purchase so I canceled the order and requested a refund. I was informed via email that my payment was refunded; however, the refund has not yet shown up on my card.

I never received my purchase— it was lost in transit. However, my money was returned.

This was a shocking experience. Not only was the item late and we received no updates but after contacting "them", they said I didn't add a suite # (this person is the only person with that name at the address) so they will not send another or refund me. If I want another they will give me a 50% discount. I have never, in my 60+ years on this planet had such bad customer service AND I lost my money.

This was a horrible experience. Ordered a gift for my nephews first birthday and it never arrived. I ordered several weeks early to make sure there was time. Said it would arrive on Apr 17 for a bday party more than a week later. I had to follow up on it and was then offered a refund with no option for the order being complete. I thought they should have filled the order and given a refund for the lack of effort on their end. By the way this company is not based in the states don’t be fooled. All correspondence came through from a different country.

I bought two of the Montessori busy boards because they stated they were made in the USA. The back of the board is clearly stamped Made in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Do not order from this company unless you have a few weeks to wait for your item to be delivered even though they advertise next day shipping, they do not ship next day but instead do a pre shipping label. Customer service is horrible and just keeps asking you to be patient ? How can you be patient when you order for Christmas and they then tell you it will be here on the 27 th ? Last I knew Christmas was on the 25th not the 27th. I made sure to only order because it is on their website “ next day shipping” then after when I looked on the progress and emailed them I was told that it takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to make and then another 5-7 BUSINESS days to receive! Where was all that info when they were advertising to get orders for Christmas? Been dealing with Vanessa in customer service and she could care less that it won’t be here till after Christmas even when I explained to her that her website was very misleading and she should let the customers know that if you order anything here, it will NOT be shipped the next day and you will have atleast a two week time period for your orders. That would have been nice to know ahead of time and I would have NEVER ordered from them. I guess they don’t care about the customer and will continue to just get orders and your money. Look elsewhere because this company is very misleading and it’s not about the time it takes but more the way they mislead you and then could care less if you get the order in time or not. Very disappointed and will NEVER order here again!!
