Kind LED Grow LightsReviews of kindledgrowlights.com

The X40 lights worked as advertised. I did have to remount the ballasts on the sides as I supported 3 lights in a row on aluminum rails, and didn't have enough top clearance to accommodate the standard top mount, so that is possible. Otherwise, my radishes germinated in 5 days and lettuce in a week. Very happy.

After conducting extensive research on a number of LED grow lights I chose Kind LED X420 due to them being a known company that offers a 5 year warranty, my light arrived within a week of ordering it which was as expected. What I disliked upon opening the light was the lack of quality control, for example the LED driver has some unexplainable gouges on the top edge/corner which it being brand new out of the box is unexpected, when I found that I did a more thorough inspection and found that some of the screws were loose and I had to go and make sure to retighten them, which led me to believe that the light I received might have been refurbished and sold as new. I expected better due to the price as well as the company being an established well known brand. The only reason I kept the X420 is because the hassle of exchanging the light for another was far less then just keeping it.

I had an issue with my X330 Light (Brand New), the UV side would come on then cycle off after 20 minutes. I contacted Michael from GSI Support who mailed out the new control module that day. The fact they were able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and immediately mailed a new controller. Your extra efforts to help me did not go unnoticed. Thank You again, and look forward to being Kind Light customer forever !!! Customer Service does make a difference....In addition Jessica Sage "On Chat" did a remarkable job as well, very quick to respond and customer service was beyond reproach - What a Team !!!!!!!......Thanks All !

i have 2 flowering 4 foot lamps. I see more "frost" on my tops. developing earlier. I use a 4x4 tent. I use these lamps as supplement a full spectrum light. Kind is Kind!

Had an issue with my order , and it was my fault. Customer service fix everything before It even arrived. With that alone and a reputation the company had built on its own in already a fan of gorilla tents.

We're incredibly grateful for the generosity, expertise, and authentic relationship brought through Jason Green with Grow Strong Industries. We partnered on a prototyping project with the ME4054W class at the U of MN - Twin Cities. Harvest Nation, my family's indoor aeroponic farm concept, worked with a student team and Jason to prototype a motorized grow light track system with these lights donated for the project that Jason arranged on our behalf. When Harvest Nation's lead farm designer suffered a health-setback, Jason stepped into a leading role sharing key technical insight to make the project a success. Bootstrapping the development of a grassroots business whose premise relies on the use of advancing technology is all but impossible without the help of people like Jason, and companies like Grow Strong and Kind to support such wonderful staff. The student team suffered no complications with outfitting the computer and electrical components, making Kind LED's a flexible option for customizing any indoor grow system. As an innovative farm, having this technical flexibility at our disposal and assuredness of the expertise through Jason is unmatched at the level of true care and concern for us as people as much as for the project itself. Harvest Nation is founded by a team of Ojibwe Women from northern Minnesota. In our language we say Chi miigwech / Thank you very much Jason for your help and friendship!

I've been having excellent results with KIND LED X-80 Bar lights for several years now. My plants actually yield in the range advertised by the seed companies. Beyond that, I’ve received top-notch support whenever I’ve needed it. I recently sent in a light for repair, and Michael Thomas turned it around in one day! My sincere thanks to everyone at KIND.

I bought the 4ft X80 flower light , it has been working amazing, money well spent. This is my first time growing so I was really worried about getting the wrong light but I had a friend who grows for personal use and he’s uses these lights as well. Took advantage of buy one get the second 50% off . Now I’m just waiting to get the X420
