Today i had the pleasure of being assisted with a big problem(well @least for a newbie grower) being this is only my second grow. Jeff over @ Kind led shared his over 20 years of experience with me about, my plant burn issues and weather or not it was nutrient burn or lockout. I was overwhelmed @ the amount of time and patience he gave me with my multitude of questions about how should I be using my Kind led and how much light at this stage of growth i was in. Where i really thought that it was a some kind of a deficiency. It had turned out my light was closer to the canopy then it should have been. He also gave me a few helpful suggestions on a watering technique as well. All in all i have to say that, my Kind led customer service experience with Jeff has definitely been a pleasure.

Emailed company with a problem I was having with my light on a Saturday afternoon. I received an email from Jeff on Monday morning telling me the part to fix my problem is on the way. Now that's customer service at it's finest!

Ordered the 750 watt X2 model . It arrived on time just as they said it would! Packaged very well and no part’s missing . Also bought the controller for the X2 and it works wonderful. So far the light fixture is working excellent and is very well built to do what it’s meant for . I would recommend purchasing from Kind . Happy growing friends ! B Melton

I bought the light expecting to be able to mount the driver outside of my tent just like the Mars hydro light I was upgrading from. I even checked the x series manual to make sure it was capable, which it is but I received no remote cable, the one sent literally forces you to mount it on top of the light so you have to deal with it's extreme heat as well. Light works good and par is acceptable but I don't think I will be keeping it if I can not find a cable to move the driver outside of the tent. Disappointed because I figured Mars hydro was beneath kind led and I just am not certain I made a good choice.

So far so good using an entry-level kind LED product and looking forward to harvesting my pineapples and exotic fruits. If I had to compare all the brands across the marketplace for this purpose I would equate kind LED as a BMW in the grow light market. After all, you get what you pay for and that’s why I paid extra to get the kind LED lights.

This is most likely the best tent light you can buy. It's definitely too bright for my autoflowers, but it has twin dimmer controls in case. Don't bother searching further if you want the brightest possible light for a tent.
