As a reminder, the shipping timeframes and any shipping delays are the responsibility of the carriers. We do our very best to work with the most reliable carriers for each shipping method to ensure your packages are received as close to the estimates as possible, but lately this has been a challenge due to heightened global shipping demands. For the fastest shipping with the most control and tracking visibility, we recommend using Express shipping! We hope you will allow us to make this experience right for you if you received a package outside of the Shipping Policy window for the method you selected at checkout. Because of the detailed customization we provide, we do not mass produce any inventory and really take care to provide you with an amazing product to keep your customers satisfied. As your print and drop ship provider, we handle the logistics and ship your designed merchandise directly to your customer. Our home office is in Columbus, Ohio and our production facility are in China. Because of this, it is required by international customs law to have our fulfillment center on the outside of the package located on the commercial invoice. We understand the importance of your branding and we want your customer to experience your unique brand designs and merchandise. We are working with customs to minimize the import label on our packaging and will not interfere with your branding.
