Despite the fact that I have been happy with the products which I have sampled from Kin Custom, I am incredibly disappointed by their really complex system of synchronising orders from Etsy. It is so complex compared to other POD sites which offer seamless integration and involves having to download and fill out excel spreadsheets then upload them which is very time consuming. Further still they were incredibly inflexible when I needed to alter the size of an item in an order I made. I literally contacted them within five minutes after making the order and they offered no option to adjust or change the order (unlike other POD sites) This resulted in a financial loss for me as well as the embarrassing situation of having to explain to my customer that they would receive two items (one the wrong size!).. not to mention the complete waste of resources in printing an item of clothing that was not needed. Really disappointed and I am going to remove all my Kin custom products from my etsy shop as a result.

LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, use satyn instead

I've been buying samples from Kin Custom for years and have just launched a business using the Shopify app (glitchy). Their products and quality are amazing, but lately the customer support has gone down the tubes. It's near impossible to get a timely answer for orders or technical issues. When they do respond they are very helpful, but this type of delay is very damaging to small businesses that depend on them. I really hope they straighten out this issue because I truly love their products.

Ordered my item on the 18th January still not received and tracking number is no good as keeps saying website down so no updates #126648 is my order number I have emailed you from aparbott

The merchandise quality is what you expect for the product price, the print job is excellent. The product creation on the website is pretty easy, aside from not being able to create the product in all available colors with one click, so it takes time to create it for all item color options. The shipping cost is too high in my option, considering that you are charged for each item being shipped even when there are multiple items going in one package to a single location. Bottom line...the quality is worth the cost.

I love Kin Custom and have built a critical part of my e-commerce store around their quality products and drop shipping. I love the branding. How orders import to my Shopify store is sometimes off m,but overall I am very happy and expect to have a long term business relationship with them.

The company can greatly improve starting with the quality of products and the authenticity of their "Sustainable Practices" that are very vague and not entirely clear. It seems as though they just want to add that to their brand just for the sake of getting more sales. Too much going on with their company as well- new things keep getting ADDED, but nothing really getting FIXED. Poor company management and fast fashion for sure.
