KimwigsReviews of kimwigs.com

Just arrived a 3/4 wig not a bit like picture and it is different colou paid 59.99 pound they said I could get a refund of 8.99 pound. It’s just a flat bit of course hair they have sent the one on the picture was shiny and wavy this one looks like a dead rat. So upset I’ve wasted my money. I didn’t rven know I was ordering from China !!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews first. I bought it because I saw it on Pinterest. The wig is a joke. I wouldn't wear it to take out the trash.

I recently gave a bad review on kimwigs. I have over 30 emails back and forth with them. They actually gave me their address and I really want to share it: Beishashi Room 0811, 8th Floor, Changhe Building, Changjiang West Road, Shushan District, Hefei, Anhui, China

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ THE REVIEWS!! EXACTLY SAME FOR ME! I have never bought nor worn a wig before even when I was bald after chemo. I decided I’d try one. BOY I SURE DO WISH ID FOUND THIS BEFORE SPENDING $140. I’ve person at least mentioned it isn’t same as picture. Mine wasn’t the beautiful blondish copper. It was pink! The wig stand is a joke. It’s this flimsy plastic stuff uh usually see in packing. Wont fit together and one “tab” was already broken off. When I requested my return they have done everything in their power to try to talk me out of returning it. They said first then it cost so much to ship back to China that they offer me 10% of the price of it as a refund if I keep it. Well 10% good grief no. Besides the fact that I’m not gonna wear it and I can’t use it. So they make me go to this form to fill it out and when you get to one field that is required it says reason for return. There is no box there’s nowhere for you to be allowed to enter Data beside that field. So it is impossible to complete the form because every time you complete the whole thing but you can’t put anything in there it keeps coming back saying it’s required. I haven’t even gone as far as to print screen all of the entries and showing that that field cannot be filled out on the phone. And I told them I wanted to refund the RMA and the instructions based on where all I had answered that I did have the reason for return down in the bottom box for it ask for if there’s any problems with it. I still haven’t gotten my money back. I also recently ran into this Exact same problem recently with anycloth.com. They try to give you the runaround when I try to murder with you and I am I just gonna quit doing anything and you don’t hear anything about getting a refund. To me this is a scam and is pretty much fraud. I am going to be reporting them to my bank and have them get my money back. UPDATE:NOW THEY ARE REFUSING REFUND SAID DUE TO INCREASE OF MATERIALS PRICE THEY CANT AFFORD THE RETURN!! TIME TO INVOLVE AUTHORITIES

I have got an email from you in reference to the wig review the review I wrote. You list some Wigsis company. I don't know if that is something that you are using to act as though it is a different company but the review I wrote of pure Dissatisfaction is/was for KimWigs. Now supposedly there is no number or address to contact you/them. For whoever might be considering any wigs you see on Pinterest, I would think 4 times before ordering them. As much as I like Pinterest I do not appreciate whatever connection they have to these scammers. Thank You.

IT COMES FROM CHINA & IS A SCAM. I will always read reviews & return policy when buying products on the internet. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Looked like horse hair very coarse not like human hair plus totally flat & matted. Did not look anything like the picture. No satisfaction from customer service. Credit card cannot reverse charge since return policy doesn't give back money. They charge $50 shipping or 10% and you keep it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

This site deserves much lower than a 1 star review. They sent a wig that was completely different from what I ordered. Their response to my complaint was “ it’s synthetic hair for a bargain price” No return or refund if you are dissatisfied

I am a licensed hairdresser so I know what a wig is supposed to look like , now that I am older my hair is thin, my wig came and it is very thin on the sides and the bangs were not cut. Yes I can cut them, but shouldn’t have to. . the color was almond but looks too gold, that is not their problem. Color swatches would help. The scalp part showed and it looked like a costume wig. The quality was bad and it is very ugly and for $129.00 I will shop somewhere else.
