Kilim StudioReviews of kilim.com

I have purchased two magnificent rugs from Kilim.com. It was extremely easy to work on design, size, etc. via email with a friendly representative. My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. They are extremely low maintenance but, more importantly, are admired by all who visit my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A treasure of an Internet « find ».

We have now had three excellent buying experiences with Kilim.com over a span of two and a half years, so I think we're in a good position to recommend the business in the highest possible terms. Having been to Turkey and shopped for rugs the old-fashioned way, we find there's no contest: buying a kilim on Kilim.com is hands-down the way to go. The ability to search for a rug by size, age, and price is a tremendous advantage. The superb photographs and descriptions are a great aid in visualizing the rug in a new home. And the ease of the transaction can't be beat. See a rug; pay for it online; and, in a few days, the beautiful thing arrives at your doorstep. What could be easier? The staff at Kilim.com, in particular Ida Gurel, couldn't be more helpful or responsive. The email notices about special sales come at just the right intervals to remind us about this very special online store. In short, Kilim.com has become our go-to source for both vintage and modern kilims. Top marks!

I have received my two wonderful kilim rugs six days after I ordered. They were exactly as I expected. Customer service is also amazing, they answered all my emails quickly and did impressive room simulations with my choice of rugs to help me decide.

Exactly what the picture showed. This rug is gorgeous with lively colors, yet the aged look of a vintage rug. Looks perfect in our living room. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I am so happy with this purchase and hope to do business again! Very responsive customer service.
