We would like to kindly note that we did not observe any holes in this piece during our quality checks. If you are referring to the small white spots visible on the rug, these are cotton warp threads or knots from the weaving structure, which can sometimes show on the front after the pile has been trimmed for a softer, more contemporary look. This is part of the rug’s handmade construction rather than damage. That said, we always take customer concerns seriously and will review this closely with you.
