I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The attention to detail, colors, quality of materials and customer service are beyond compare. I only wish I had more floor space so I could order more!

I’ve purchased three semi-antique rugs from Kilim.com over the past decade. These pieces help make my house a home! I’ve been totally satisfied with the buying experience: the photos and descriptions are accurate, sales team is very responsive, shipping is lightning fast. Highly recommended

I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other. But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug. When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before. It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

My family has been laughing at me because I cannot stop telling my new rugs how perfect they are! :) Thank you! And thank you for the gift. I am of Greek descent and have a very full appreciation for warding off the evil eye.

As a former furniture manufacturer and retailer, I have a lot of experience dealing with clients. This company is absolutely stellar, not only in customer service, but their presentation and website are incomparable. They've thought of everything to take the guess work out of online ordering--truly a twenty first century operation. Using Crayolas to reference colors is brilliant!

Hi Mary, We really appreciate your fabulous review. It means a lot to us at Kilim.com to hear that we are on the right track. We will continue to do our best. Thanks again, Can

Great experience. Buying a rug online may seem daunting but with Kilim it’s not! Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. Shipping and delivery were super efficient, rugs arrived quickly and safely packaged. The customer service is impressive too, very responsive to emails about the product and the delivery process. As for the rugs themselves, top quality at competitive prices. Would definitely recommend Kilim!
