GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order, received a box full of samples only. When I called to let them know, they assured me that the items would be sent out. Five days later nothing so I contact them again...they tell me the reshipment request "had been inaccurately submitted by the associate who took my call" and that they were going to send it out for processing. I asked to be sent a confirmation email but they told me it would be at least 3 days before I would see that. 3 DAYS TO SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?? At that point I was frustrated enough to ask them to cancel my order all together, at which point I am told there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted and that I would be able to return my products once I received them. GET YOUR SHIZZ TOGETHER KIEHLS!!

They don’t even deserve a one star! I wish I read below comments before I ordered online. True to these, they are ghosts. You can not get through to online number at all, they disconnect you after about 4 minutes. One number is invalid and the others won’t help you and are manned by incredibly rude and obnoxious individuals who really need a lesson on communication and manners in dealing with customers. I would fire them!! Kiehls WILL NOT answer emails or respond to cancellation requests on orders. Basically if you order online be prepared to accept it as it is as you will not gain anything from trying to contact this lot bar sheer anger and frustration. I ordered on cyber Monday and offer was free serum with purchase. It never went through with the coupon. After 32 phone calls, only 4 answers 2 rude!, several emails and 2 cancellation requests, they shipped it out anyway without the serum. DO NOT BUY FROM KIEHLS!!!!! Corrupt!!!! You will regret it if you do!

I"ve been buying products from this company for 10+ years. No more. They are deceptive in their offers/promotions. Terrible customer service. They make up the rules as they go along. Very greedy. They make full price from consumers online and it isn't enough. Got an offer to get 20% off one product over $65. Went to buy the large size and OOPS large sizes don't qualify for the offer. That is BS. I had to call to find out why the order wouldn't process. Bye Bye Kiehls.

I will never buy anything form Kiehl's, I have so many trouble for receiving the products. The costumer service ask me to talk to UPS by myself. They send to the wrong address and need to take 10 days investigation.Come on, my apartment is 502, they send to 906 and tell me go to UPS!? I called both of them millions times; they ask me to wait! seriously? What if I am going to go to other country soon and need the product. Can I wait? If we need fast shipping, you charge us extra, how about you delayed the received time to costumer and let costumers deal with a lot of trouble? I don't expect any compensation, I only want them to send a new one out and deal with UPS by themselves!! Is really hard for them?

Great products, horrible website and customer service. Web site ordering is broken and customer service cannot help and place an order. Went to order to take advantage and get a special item. Website said my order could not be processed. I called customer service they could not place the order for me. I asked to speak to supervisor, none available. They said they would fill in a form and hopefully someone would fix in 10 days. They said if I wanted to order before the special ends today I needed to go to a store which is not an option. This is the third time this has happened to me. I sadly have to give up on using Kiehl. Horrible website and even worse customer service.

I am a 30 year customer of kiehls. Until today. Tried for a week to get an order $148.05 worth of products. they said problem with my card. I called my cc Company they said NO CHARGE has been put through from kiehls and they get charges instantaneously. Called kiehls 3 times. To try again. Each time same story. We will log a complaint etc. No supervisor available to speak with, letter to be sent to me in 8-10 days????JOKE! Customer service???? 2017? Cancel my order, account and business.

I had two Kiehl's Rewards that were expiring so I decided to order some items. I kept getting an error message on the site saying that there was something wrong with my card and I should call an 800 number. When I called the number I was told that they would need to elevate this to "upper management" and they couldn't tell me what the problem is (rest assured, there is nothing wrong with my Amex card and I have flawless credit). I was later told someone would call me that day and (surprise!) no one did. To be told that it might take 6-8 business days for someone to get back to me is ridiculous and really NOT ACCEPTABLE. I like Kiehl's products but their customer service is terrible.

I never received my order, I contacted them and they told me that they put wrong my address!! and when they resent me my order as a second time they lost it! They offer me 10% discount and I refused it and cancel my order. First and last time. I don't know why an international company has this type of online services, you are losing clients instead to enhance it.
