Horrible customer service from this company. Items were ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been shipped. Several emails sent through to this company with no responses. Very disappointing from a big company that I had heard good reviews on from in store purchases. Wouldn’t waste your time ordering online.

Khiels customer service is the worse I have come across in a long time. `Sold faulty goods. Told new one would be sent out. After chasing and chasing 1 and a half months later, I was told it was out of stock. They offered a refund, but this takes another 15 working days and is sent by cheque.. Still waiting. The customer is clearly not considered.. Avoid Kiehls at all cost! not worth it..

I have an absolutely identical story to the previous reviewer. Ordered my products on 9th June, received an email saying I would receive the goods on 17th June(which already was past the 3-5 business day delivery window), no delivery from DPD and when I contacted DPD they have said they have not received the parcel yet. Emailed Kiehls with complaint, no reply. Sent a message to the social media team who said the online team would follow up, and nothing has been done despite me telling them I need the products by tomorrow 20th June as I am going away for 2 weeks on holiday, ordered to receive to take away with me and nothing yet you’ve taken my money. I will never ever use you again, worst customer service I have ever received and all I want is my products. Shameful considering the price. Avoid!!!!

I made an order via kiehl website on 9/6/2019 .I received an e-mail from them saying they would deliver my product on 14/6/2019 .I waited till 18/06/2019 , no sign from dpd or anything .I called Kiehls customer service yesterday asking them the status , they asked me to contact dpd myself ,dpd said that they didn't receive the parcel .Then I called Kiehls again ,they said they would check with the online team and returned to me by e-mail today , no e-mail or any sign from Kiehls !!! I just want my products ,I ordered 2 serum worth 90 pounds !!! I feel so helpless and feel like I cannot get my products or money back !!! AVOID Kiehls website ,their customer service is useless!

Absolutely shocking customer service when you call them. I ordered some products for Fathers Day back in May 2019 and I still havent received it! Rang their delivery service DPD 7/8 times to re-arrange the delivery but no joy. When I spoke to Kiehl's themselves to rectify it they were useless and not helpful at all. I now have to wait almost a month to get a refund!! Not impressed shame on Kiehls part of L'Oreal. Another customer lost I'd rather spend my money on another brand that delivers both on quality and service!!

HORRIBLE customer service of Kiehl's !!!!! I placed an order and the following month they processed a replenishment 4 times more(as per the Kiehl's account) then the replenishment indicates it supposed to be, and charged me 8 times for it(as per my credit card). I called to cancel, but they told me they do not cancel orders, even though they made this mistake. So now I have to wait for the order to arrive, then ship it back and then wait for the order to arrive back to them and wait for them to process a refund. I did not plan on paying 8 times more than the replenishment cost, my account is overcharged by their fault and they do not care. I left paying bank fees for Kiehl's mistakes.

The 100% refund is a total lie. I had an allergic reaction to two of their products 'Creamy Eye Treatment' and the 'Ultra Facial Cream' and so returned said products two weeks later with the receipt. First the Kiehl's representative said 'That's not possible', which is terribly unhelpful and unprofessional. Secondly she made me wait a week and then write two emails before having to go back, only to receive a voucher that expires in 6 months. Terrible customer service. I will never buy Kiehl's products again.

The customer service of Kiehl's is the worst!!! Its really bad!! I ordered online but never received the parcel. Apparently somebody signed for me and pick it up but it was not me and the courier services that I had to call myself said they can't say who was the person as they didn't take the name just the signature and its unreadable !! sorry!! contact customer service!! I did and created the dispute on Paypal so the Khiel's customer service asked me to delete it otherwise they can't have the refund....cancelled it (stupid me) have NEVER heard from these people again!!! I guess that's it!! no letter ...nothing...NEVER close the disputed with the if you buy via PAYPAL apparently that is the only thing they care about!
