Really good customer service, they’re very helpful and care about each customer. They listen and give you exactly what you want when you explain specifically. They even give out a couple of testers to try at home for specific things, which is very professional.

I received an order and the cap to my midnight recovery was broken, causing much of it to spill out. I called customer service and was immediately told they would be sending me a replacement within a few days. Fantastic customer service! Fantastic products!

I struggle with oily skin, which is also very dehydrated. I've tried all high-end brands and never been so happy with the results! Skin looks soft, plump, radiant, and has never looked healthier, even in my early 20's! No more dry patches, so i can apply make-up with ease now, or even go out without any! Very quick delivery if you're ordering online, and a wide range of samples and professional advice in store! Their hair care is outstanding too, do yourself a favour and pop to the local branch!

They might be a bit more expensive than most but i use their face wash, anti wrinkle cream and facial fuel and i think it's easily the best i have tried. I now just stick with these three products. Excellent.
