i understand things are slow due to the pandemic . i've never ordered online but obviously i had to. the order took forever to come and when it did come.. i got 1 item correct - the rest were items i never even ordered. but their packing slip shows my correct order and states those are the items inside. I tried emailing - no luck i tried calling - even worse. Was placed a hold for MIN of 1.5hours. Can't get a hold of anyone. it almost seems as if their online business is a scam. since I am not alone on this - i will dispute the charges with my card and just wait to go to their physical store if i ever can again. in the meantime - looking for an alternative.

I recently purchased an item online but never received the package even thought it showed it was delivered. I tried to reach the customer service 3 times. The first time was via phone, i got disconnected after being on hold for more than 1 and half hours and never got chance to talk to anyone. Then I decided to email them but never heard anything back of course. I called them again and left my phone number to call back. After almost 4 hours, I finally got a phone call from the representative who stated that she filed a claim with UPS, but when I asked for the claim number or an email saying that I reached out to them today and she answered no to both and was raising her voice on me. I have been using Kiehl's eye cream for years and usually purchase it from military exchange. I should have never bought this from Kiehl's website. This customer service is horrible. This is my first time leaving a bad customer review. If I can give zero star i definitely would.

I purchase an item online, the order got canceled but money was taken from my account. It’s been two weeks and I am yet to get my money back. I tried sending emails, I tried calling, I tried reaching out to their social media pages about to no avail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Worst customer service ever 😡 They don’t care customer I ordered products online with buy1get1free promotions and small samples but I only received “1” no samples I called customer service holding over 2hours I talked 2 people They told me I didn’t apply promo code etc It was very unclear the space for promo code It showed Buy1Get1 free will be automatically with your order I never buy anything from this company I always buy Chanel products from Saks 5th Ave in Beverly Hills It never happens like this Their service for customers is wonderful

Yes people!! Do not buy from them online!! I love they’re product, been a customer for more than 7 years. Due to the pandemic, I had no choice but to buy online. I ordered 3 items and only 1 item shipped, but the shipping label says they all been shipped. I called customer service, waited for more than 1.5 hrs!! And it’s been 10 days since I called, nothing yet. But they took my money already. I called again, and waited for another 1.5 hours. Says, they will “possibly” be processed for shipment in another 7-10 days !!! They already took the money more than 15 days ago!! No people, don’t order online for Kiehl’s!!

I have been avid fan years of their products. Due to the pandemic,many of us gone to on line. I ordered handful of products,over $120 worth.It arrived yesterday with biggest item missing - as I was wandering why my box was so light. I called& saw how horrible their customers service has been- was on hold over 1 hour 45 min- no end in sight.i did get a rep - which never empathized with long wait. She just said she resend item out- expedite it& it was in stock.that means 3-7 business days - maybe. I am sickened how their customer service is Soooo bad.i worked & trained in customer services for Bell Atlantic that was completely Unacceptable . They will lose many loyal customers.

Did you know they are owned by L'Oréal. That says it all. They have no regard for you as a customer. I am completely boycotting Kiehls and you should do the same. Plus they test on animals.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Luckily I was refunded but thats only because the gift set I ordered for my Mum’s birthday was apparently out of stock - 25 days after I placed my order. Beyond atrocious.
