WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Someone placed an order with my information. Reached out to them to cancel the order or change the shipping address to my current house so I could at least go return it!! They assumed I'm a liar since telling me I have been reaching out to them multiple times for canceling requests but haven't mentioned the fraud. The problem is no one answered my request so how I could provide more details about it. They refused to cancel the order and make me call UPS myself to change it to the new address. When I called UPS, they said only the sender can adjust this. I'm so frustrated with this company and its customer service. They absolutely don't care about their customers at all.

I ordered some items thinking they were all natural and organic and they were not. I tried to cancel the order almost immediately after I purchased and was told I had to wait until it shipped. I was then told I was responsible for the return shipping costs. Very frustrated with the whole process and would not recommend.

It took about three weeks for my products to arrive, after next-day delivery was promised. Reading other reviews, it seems I'm one of the lucky ones for getting anything at all.

Damaged item Arrived I ordered a gift set and when opening the box I noticed the oil had leaked everywhere. I contacted customer service and told I would have to return their faulty product at my own expense. This is terrible customer service. I've been using kiehls products for years but the first time I have purchased from their website. I don't plan on buying from the direct again because the customer service is terrible. My issue still hasn't been resolved after sending photos and multiple emails. Customer service doesn't care.

Worst Customer Service EVER. I placed an order on 12/18 - never received - began researching to find out the order was cancelled - I was NEVER notified. Called their customer service - after 15 min on hold they said "oh yeah your order was cancelled by UPS". I ordered during their 25% sale and was told that I would need to replace the entire order and pay full price - after receiving the order I should call Customer Service again and they may give me the 25% off?????? So they screwed up and I have to jump through hoops to get my order. TERRIBLE

Awful, took my money and after 3 weeks of waiting I began chasing up my order. Don’t reply to emails; do t answer the phone and when you message them on Facebook they send you a standard reply to say please DM them. When you do that you go round in circles being asked for name, order number and postcode; they say they’ll get back to you but they don’t so you chase up and they ask again for name, order number and postcode before saying they’ll get back to you. Groundhog Day. Luckily I paid through PayPal so raised a dispute and got a refund. Ordered through Essentuals who do discounted Kiehls products, delivered what I ordered within 3 days and communicated via email the whole time. Avoid Kiehls website at all costs.

Sito obsoleto e poco funzionale, dovevo usufruire di 3 mini taglie in omaggio che non mi sono state mandate. Assistenza pessima che ti rimbalza da una parte all’altra senza risolverti mai il problema. Prodotti buoni che forse riacquisterò in boutique, mai più online.

Disappointing for online deliveries and customer services. Ordered an expensive advent calendar on 16th November. DPD were due to deliver and issued a tracking email within the next few days so it would arrive before 1st Dec. But when I checked live tracking link my stop was next but the courier was shown on the Google map being several miles away from my home. I got a delivery note and a picture of delivery made. BUT this was not to my house and a completely different address! I phoned Kiehls immediately to notify delivery made to wrong address. They confirmed it was made to wrong post code 3 miles away from where I live by checking DPD tracking App and google maps link. They raised an investigation and I hoped they could resolve and I could get my advent gift in time. Despite several calls and emails to customer service to chase investigation and get a replacement sent out. They could not accommodate and No action was taken. I still have no product. In this day of modern technology and high standards of service expected from a premium brand owned by L’Oreal. This company has really got its on line business model and customer service completely wrong at all levels.
