I was worried about the shipping after reading the other reviews but i got my package 3 days after I made the order. I am in canada so it might be a bit different than in U.S. this was written during the coronavirus.

i am really happy about all the products of this brand, been using them over 2 years now... my skin is very sensitive so its important that the ingredients used are quality high

Unsure where the negative reviews are coming from. Used this company for the first time over the last few months (more than once) and had no problems. Products I bought have been an absolute miracle with my skin! Tried so many products over the years and nothing at all stopped the awful oily acne prone skin until I tried their products!

I'm a new client of Kiehl's and I have had a excellent experience with them so far. Very helpful live chat with the skincare consultant who helped me and suggested me the right products for my skin. My order arrived in a week and nothing was missing.

I have been a loyal Kiehl's customer for some time, however I recently had a disappointing experience with their ordering system. Full credit where credit is due... their customer service team were outstanding - they were very quick to pick up my complaint and went above and beyond to fix it. They provided the quality of customer service which match the quality of their products. A particular call out to Alhaji in the L'Oreal UK Customer Care team who was extremely professional, efficient and took time to ensure he genuinely understood my situation, concerns and my needs as a customer. Alhaji is a genuine asset to the Customer Care team and it's service like this which keep me as a loyal and longstanding Kiehl's customer.

the products are really good, but honestly a bit expensive in the category. i got a Menuhin and Calendula masks as a present otherwise i wouldn't try it myself and i was amazed with both... my face skin is very improved by those
