Super dissapointed with them. I have used their eye cream for years and love it. I recently bought a jar at a Sephora near me and one at a Kiehl's store that is about an hour away from me. (I did not realize I had ordered the one from Sephora and ended up with 2) Anyway, I opened the one from the Kiehl's store to use, and it was SO GROSS. The smell was horrible and the cream felt off. The color was gross too. Very yellow. Since I live over an hour away from this store, I emailed Kiehl's to ask if there was anything I could do. They told me to send photos of proof of purchase, the lot number and the product, which I did. Then crickets. I have not heard a word from them in almost a week and have reached back out. Sadly I guess it is time to switch companies. I can't support a company who can't be bothered to reply to an email. And who also has inconsistent products.

J’ai reçu un produit défectueux : le bouchon ne se ferme pas correctement, ce qui est quand même problématique pour un soin cosmétique à ce prix. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails au service client avec toutes les preuves nécessaires (photos du produit et explications détaillées), mais aucune réponse de leur part. Le plus frustrant est le manque total de considération après l’achat. On paie des produits haut de gamme, mais derrière, le service client ne suit pas du tout. Un simple retour ou une solution aurait été apprécié. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience. Les marques adorent parler “d’expérience premium” jusqu’au moment où il faut répondre à un client. Étrange concept commercial.

I placed an order to make my purchase easier, but I received products I hadn't ordered. Then they asked me to return them, wasting time dealing with returning the items, requesting a refund, and everything else involved. Zero responsibility for the damages caused; terrible service !

Very disappointing experience with Kiehl’s. My order arrived incomplete, and the items I did receive were in terrible condition. The boxes were damaged and the products looked unsanitary and poorly handled. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, but instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I would need to spend my own money and time to drop off the return. After being charged for incomplete and defective items, this response felt unfair, unprofessional, and frustrating. I expected much better quality control and customer service from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations

Very disappointing experience. I purchased the avocado eye cream, and unfortunately it caused irritation and redness around my eyes. I reported the issue, and I was given a 300 AED voucher as compensation. However, the voucher was not working, and when I contacted customer service, they were unable to help or provide a solution. I was also told that the voucher cannot be extended, which was very frustrating. I asked to speak with a manager, but I never received any feedback or follow-up. This made the experience even worse. I suffered from the eye cream, and the compensation provided was not usable. I expected better customer care, especially after a negative reaction to a product. Overall, very poor customer service and disappointing handling of the situation.

I telephoned the Customer services and when my call was answered all I could hear was voices and coughing. I called again and was told I had to send a photo of the missing cream in the container. This is not easy when you are older and not use to using a computer. I am still waiting for the email promised.
