If I could give less than 1 star for the business, I would. I returned the product and sent it by post with the provided return code 1 month ago (from January to now) and received no email saying they have received it. I emailed them to ask about my return and they said the warehouse hasn't received it. How is it possible? The return process is extremely inconvenient that I had to print out the paper and fill in the form. Now I have to accept that you would never receive my parcel and I will lose my money.

ho fatto un ordine il 6/2/22, hanno preso i soldi ( menomale che ho pagato con Paypal!), ma ancora oggi 21 febbraio non è arrivato nulla. ho contattato il servizio clienti, che è in Francia(!), e mi hanno risposto che l'ordine non è mai arrivato in magazzino! Pessima esperienza, aperto reclamo con Paypal.

Customer services don’t even bother to read the emails properly, they have not addressed any of the issues raised. Their attitude “nah we can’t help because…” and they just make something up why they cannot help me

very poor e-commerce experience (good product). no resolution was offered besides..." just to wait 3-5 days and try reordering..." As a customer, this is an unacceptable buying experience.

Ce site fonctionne très mal. Il faut accepter les cookies à chaque ouverture de page. Ils proposent 10% de ristourne si l'on s'inscrit à la newsletter; Une fois inscrit, impossible d'en bénéficier. La commande n'apparait pas dans le compte client, pas d'email de confirmation. Le helpdesk est consititué d'incompétents situés au bout du monde. C'est nul. Allez plutôt en boutique, ils sont très sympas.

I am still waiting for a refund promised on 7th December. I ordered two products only one arrived. No invoice, no explanation. After a lengthy wait I eventually spoke with Customer Service. They were clearly busy. I was told the product was out of stock and I would be reimbursed. Another phone call a couple of weeks later. Same response I would be reimbursed. I'm still waiting. Boots sold the missing item at 25% less I've now received my refund following another phone call to Customer Services January 20th

My experience with Kiehl’s has been extremely disappointing, especially with their customer service. I had ordered 3 items over a month ago during their Thanksgiving sale, and I have never received my package. I have called and emailed customer service several times, but all I keep getting back were answers stating that their hands are tied since the package was delivered. I have never received my package and have spent $140 hoping to gift it to my mom this Christmas. The way Kiehl’s takes care of their customers is extremely ridiculous, and they take no responsibility on their end once it’s been “sent out”. I was not offered any solution other than to file another claim myself through UPS nor was I offered any sort of compensation. That is $140 down the drain. I am upset that the responsibility for the package being lost as well as the financial responsibility of $140 are on me when I have paid that money for their products as well as the service of it being delivered to my home. Additionally, I would like to add that there was a lack of professionalism among the customer service reps. The signal as well as noice control during the calls were horrible. It was hard to hear a lot of what the reps had to say. For example, I had a rep hang up on me in the middle of my explanation about my situation, and in general there were a lot of background noise of people talking or children screaming. If you were able to receive your package without any troubles at this point, consider yourselves lucky. I’ve been a loyal customer to Kiehls for the past 8 years, however this experience has turned me away from purchasing any products from this brand ever again.

Very very poor customer service. I returned my order a month ago but I still canmot get the refund. I chat with the customer service but they cannot help at all!! I don't know what's so complicated for them to have someone get back to me and why does it take so long for a simple refund!!? Even other smaller brand does a lot better!!!
