This was my first time ordering from Kiehls.com, and my experience was TERRIBLE. The order took 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was missing the large Holiday Skin Care Bonus set...which is what they used to entice shoppers to spend xx amount of money over Black Friday. Literally, as you're shopping, you get a message that says something along the lines of, "Spend xx more to get the holiday bonus!" Well I did spend the necessary amount, but my order was missing the bonus. I wrote to ask about the missing item, and customer service basically said they ran out. No offer to send something else, reimburse, or anything. It feels like a scam since they promise to deliver something if you spend a certain amount of money, then don't send it. On principle, I feel like I should return the order. But as there is no store close to me, I would have to pay shipping to return my order, and their returns process is NOT easy. This company has lost my trust in the way they do business, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I am still shocked as I got one of the midnight recovery bottle of 30 ml online and I received the bottle completely empty!! They haven’t been in touch and they haven’t even refunded the money!! Please do not buy this brand! Please do not!! They still haven’t refund the money for something that arrived completely empty! This is shocking especially from a established brand like Yours! Please refund me the 35 pound ASAP. And I will make sure not to order from your website never again. This is not acceptable.

Do NOT ORDER from this firm! They pretend to be an all-American outfit. Make no mistake. Everything is from India including all of the "customer service." BEWARE!!!! You can't cancel anything even if the wrong information is placed. The products are not made in America. It is a total Indian outfit so who knows what's in there.

Ho comprato durante il black friday calendario dell’avvento e altri due prodotti, prevista consegna il 6 dicembre. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti e mi hanno detto che il mio pacco è bloccato alla dogana francese per colpa dello sciopero delle poste italiane, dicono ci vorranno 16 giorni lavorativi. Siete vergognosi.

So I ordered an advent calendar as I love their product so much, but all I got was sample pieces in the calendar. Well, if I go to the shop and buy products, I can get free samples, so why pay £99 for the calendar? Not repurchasing it. So disappointed.

Online order was delivered very late and when it arrived only half of the order was in the box! No gift with purchase and only one of the three items that were ordered. Kiehl’s customer service has been abysmal so I will dispute the charges through my credit card. This loyal customer of 15+ years will never buy Kiehl’s (or any l’Oreal owned) products again.

Faulty Kiehls EMPTY product received followed by bad customer experience. Bought 2 bottles of Midnight Recovery serums (30ml) from Kiehls.ie website online, bought them as Christmas presents. By chance, I opened one of the boxes with a serum and discovered that the bottle was completely EMPTY, not a drop of serum in it! I can't say how shocked and surprised I was. I started ringing customer support, and a sleepy desinterested agent told me I can replace it in Kiehls shop in Dublin Wicklow Street. Then I talked on the phone with Kiehls store manager in Dublin, she was less than helpful and was refusing to exchange the empty serum with a non-empty product. She was arguing that I had to resolve it online despite the fact that customer care staff from Kiehls online team told me that this can be resolved in Kiehls stores. I did not have time to wait for resolution online as I was flying abroad the next day with my Kiehls Christmas gifts. Store manager didn't care and refused to accept my request for the exchange. It was like, its a different department, don't want to deal with it. I had to ring customer care online again, and a different person (very kind and helpful lady this time) told me that she was 100 % sure I can get the replacement in store. Matter got resolved eventually after I showed up in store and presented the same store manager with a written confirmation from the online team, she wasn't happy about it, but exchanged the faulty product . Needless to say I have a very bitter taste after all this and won't be shopping in Kiehls, nor will recommend this to my friends. Can't believe such a luxury beauty brand like Kiehls have such a herendous customer care.
