I always shop at Kiel's Brent Cross London and the service and the product knowledge of the staff is excellent. As we are regular shoppers the staff always look for the best deals for our needs. However last Thursday it was like day and night. The staff were struggling with my shopping requirements and seemed totally disinterested. The final out come was that I ended up being out of pocket. Has put me off returning to this store.

A complete scam. Never received my 200$ order. Emailed them, online chat with them, still no. They lied about their shipping carrier, and the shipping carrier lied about the delivery. I dispute the transaction with my bank but they claimed reversal and now they stole 200$ from their customer. Literally speechless and also shocked by how my bank would chargeback to them when they have such terrible credit?

Poor customer service I have been a royal customer for 10years. Always loved their product. Recently ordered some skin care porducts as my routine. I accidently put my old address where it takes 40mins driving distance. The current tenant didnt recieved the package so it is sent to a near post office for pick up. I asked the customer service to call canada post for returning the package to sender. They reply to me do it myself. I am running a business so I know the sender always can make a call to any courier company or Post office for changing shipping address or returining to sender. They are just lazy to do anything about the issue. I am done with Kiehl's.

Product never arrived. When asked for a review by them I completed a review to say so. The review was moderated and they refused to publish it. I would not trust the reviews on their website as they appear to only want positive reviews not a balanced approach like most companies. Would not buy any of their products or recommend this company to anyone.

This company are appalling and take no account of there customer care. I paid for an order which was sent by them to a random person, I have not had any help despite calling 3 times and trying use their on line chat. I had an expensive order which was sent to an address similar to mine in Nottingham, I live in Wales. So basically they misdelivered my goods, they will not discuss it , or take responsibilty for the fact that 40 pounds worth of goods have not been sent to me. I am sure the person in Nottingham is happy with their extra Christmas present. I spoke to a man called Olly 3 times, he was aggressive, rude, spoke over me ... He DID NOT Listen, and accused me of getting my own address wrong !!!!No one has helped me so Keihls have taken 40 pound and I have no goods. Disgusting behaviour.He actually cut me off 3 times. I asked 4 times to be put through to a supervisor, each time he cut me off ! I urge people to not order from this company. Their behaviour is nothing short of appalling. I will never order from them again.

This is probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. Please, please, someone in charge at Kiehls wake up and realise you are missing on revenue by neglecting your poor customer support problem . You have many wonderful products which are very competitive in current market environment, it’s a pity you are losing market share due to a simple fix.

Worst customer service online. It's completely different than the Kiehl's shops in department stores. Like others I was sucked in by the free gift and purchased $125 in product to get it. It was listed on my order and on my packing slip. But there were no samples. I emailed them and kept getting cut and paste replies saying sorry they were out of it and read the fine print that said, while supplies last. I told them to just send me some other samples, and they said they couldn't do it. I've been a Kiehl's customer for 15 years. No more.

Produits de bonne qualités malheureusement service client inexistant ! Après des contacts par mail, téléphone, réseaux sociaux, on me répète qu'on remonte mon dossier, 1 mois après toujours rien. Si vous prenez le risque de commander, et que vous ne recevez pas votre commande bon courage.
