love Kiehls but the customer service is horrendous. Will never purchase off their website again. Never got confirmation from order nor tracking #. Was told it shipped but didn’t have tracking. Ended up on hold for twenty minutes then hung on. Recommended just going to store and save yourself the hassle.

Came on here to see if I was the only one having crazy customer service problems with Kiehls and by their rating I can see it’s not the case. Bought products on 28 May, waited patiently for my tracking number until today but still nothing came. I eventually contacted customer service service today to follow up on my order and I was told my product wasn’t packaged due to a technical error and I will be receiving a discount code for the inconvenience. Immm excuse me?! So you mean to tell me if I didn’t call there would be no communication or information. This is also not the first time. Last time I ordered gift packaging for a birthday gift, that products arrived late and it was a mess, not something you would hand to someone as a gift.

I had a bad experience with the Kiehl DE online website. The website is not working when I want to edit my cart and add my voucher code.

Effettuo un acquisto che prevede la scelta di 5 campioni omaggio. All'arrivo dell'ordine noto che i campioni omaggio sono solo 3, mentre nella nota di accompagnamento ne sono elencati 5. Poiché non mi viene fornita nessuna spiegazione, chiedo al Servizio Clienti chiarimenti: mi viene risposto che i due campioni mancanti non erano disponibili. Faccio notare che avrebbero dovuto farmelo presente e che avrebbero potuto sostituire i campioni mancanti con altri. Risposta: mi viene concesso lo sconto del 20% su un futuro acquisto! Semplicemente, una presa in giro!

Bad customer service and delivery. Order some items like a gift for Mother's Day, and it took more than 10 days to get it.

My order had 11 items. I only received 9. Customer Service doesn't care. As compensation, they offer me a discount which is also available on social media. So disappointing, terrible service. Just don't buy online. Or don't buy at all.

Ho recentemente fatto un acquisto approfittando della promozione "IL TUO GOLDEN TICKET" che prometteva specifici benefici al raggiungimento di una spesa minima. Purtroppo, l'esperienza si è rivelata frustrante e deludente per vari motivi. Innanzitutto, la promozione non è stata applicata come pubblicizzato. Dopo aver effettuato l'acquisto basandomi sulle informazioni fornite nella mail promozionale, mi sono accorto che le condizioni dell'offerta non erano chiare né rispettate. Ho cercato chiarimenti dal servizio clienti inviando una richiesta dettagliata, ma la risposta risultava poco chiara e chiusa. Data l'assenza di comunicazione e la mancanza di trasparenza, mi sono visto costretto a esercitare il mio diritto di reso. Questa esperienza sottolinea una pratica commerciale poco chiara e un servizio clienti carente, che non solo non risponde ma non aiuta a risolvere le situazioni problematiche. Consiglio a chiunque stia considerando di fare acquisti su questo sito di procedere con cautela. È fondamentale che un'azienda comunichi chiaramente e rispetti le promesse fatte ai consumatori, qualità che in questo caso sono mancate. Spero che la mia esperienza possa servire da monito e che il servizio miglior in futuro.

Went to Montgomery Mall Store to return product. Sales associate refused to give me my original receipt back. Manager was on break. She told me to move so she could help other customers. I told her I wasn’t moving or leaving until I received my receipt. She went in the back and did nothing. She came out a few minutes later. Again nothing. She then decided to call the manager. I waited10 minutes. All in all I wasted 30 minutes of my time. Giana was the rudest associate at any store I have ever encountered. I eventually received my receipt back. No apology nothing. Giana should be fired.
