Hi Beth, I would like to apologize on behalf of our wonderful company and I assure you that the drivers opinion of the city was their own. I hope that you were able to see the city through your own spectrum and had an amazing time! I would also like to thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we have sent out a memorandum to our staff to not in any way, shape, or form, express their own personal views. It was completely unnecessary and it surely doesn’t add anything positive to the situation. I am also very pleased to hear that for the most part everything went well, and that you enjoyed the service that was provided. Our goal at KIDMOTO TECHNOLOGIES is to make your transfer to/from your final destination as easy as possible. Please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] if you would like to further the discussion on what was said pertaining to the negative comments about The city. Thank you again for choosing KIDMOTO TECHNOLOGIES for the safe and reliable transportation of your most precious cargo. Seth Director of Customer Support KIDMOTO TECHNOLOGIES

Hi Yuri, I am very sorry to hear about the extended wait for the driver. It is our goal to provide the best case travel experiences and in your case it seems we have failed at doing that. Yes Lagaurdia can be a mess, but as professionals we need to account for that and make sure we do our best to make your experience a pleasant one. I am very pleased to hear that when you eventually got in the car, everything from that point on went well. However, I completely understand your frustrations and again I would sincerely like to apologize. I would also like thank you for the kind words about our services and thank you for letting us know what had happened. This way Kidmoto can come up with a plan to ensure that something like this won’t happen again. I know that this Doesnt make of make much difference to you at this point, but please email me at [email protected] and we will do what we can to make things right by you. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience and I thank you for your loyal support of our wonderful company. Seth Director of Customer Support KIDMOTO TECHNOLOGIES
