Kidmoto TechnologiesThe Kidmoto App connects parents to a network of professionally trained drivers that provide installed child car seats for safe and easy airport and cruise car transportation. Parents fear traveling with young children because it’s terrifying to travel in a car with no car seats, unsecured car seats or the wrong car seats. Kidmoto provides a solution to a real problem with family airport car travel. Taxi’s and car services do not provide securely harnessed and installed car seats for children and therefore parents fear traveling with their small children. The Kidmoto app connects parents to a network of professionally trained drivers that provide secured child car seats for safe airport and cruise car transportation.

This car service was great! I had two kids ages 4 and 5 with me and our luggage. This made it possible for us to get into the city and back to the airport without lugging car seats as well. Our drivers were on time and friendly. We will definitely use this service next time we visit New York!

The drivers are always very nice, but I'm never really convinced that the child seats are installed properly. I give the seats a quick shake and they always move around quite a bit.
Response from Kidmoto TechnologiesDec 1, 2019
Hi Kyle, 1st off thank you for your loyal support of KIDMOTO TECHNOLOGIES. Thank you for the kind words about our drivers. We have the BEST in the industry! As far as the installation of the car seat is concerned it is a very valid one. Our staff is trained to install the car seats by child safety technicians and it shouldn’t be an issue. If you encounter a situation where you feel the car seat hasn’t been installed correctly please advise the driver that you aren’t comfortable and have them re-install it. When you are checking the installation of the car seat you should grab it with 2 fingers on the side of the seat and it shouldn’t move more than and inch either way. If it is, please ask them to re-install it. Lastly I appreciate you bringing this topic up, it is always good to hear constructive criticism. This is an opportunity for us to make sure our training program is effective, and to address any shortcomings. This is a great service for those of us who like to bring our kids on vacation and don't want to deal with the cost and hassle of car rentals for city visits or other airport transfers (like we did in NYC). The driver was on time, the car was spacious, and the child car seats were nice. It's more expensive than a cab or Uber/Lyft, but to us it was worth it with our minds at ease knowing we were traveling safely with our kids.

Hi Mike, First of all, we would like to express our utmost appreciation for taking the time out to leave us this wonderful note. Your recommendation and feedback mean a lot to Kidmoto and we couldn't be any happier to hear that you and your family loved our service. Our services offer competitive industry pricing similar to executive car companies providing premium vehicles, only that Kidmoto offers professionally installed child car seats to provide parents a hassle-free airport car transportation. Your children's safety and your peace of mind are our top priority and we are beyond grateful that you found Kidmoto worthy of your trust. Thank you and we look forward to serving you again soon. Our driver Andrea went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable on our drive. She was so great with our daughter, and helped with getting her in the car seat, getting our bags into the car, and just generally making us feel supported after a very long flight.
