It is the first time in my life to see such a smart doll house installation wise. Everything fits perfectly and I didn’t expect my job as a parent to be that easy fixing the dollhouse for my 8 years old daughter. My daughter is so happy with her Christmas gift. I recommend this dollhouse all the way to everyone and it is by all means the best dollhouse ever bought

Big shout out to Neil Forbes and everyone at the KidKraft Consumer Care, Europe, who pulled out all the stops and replaced one of the pieces from their Let’s Cook Wooden Play Kitchen (a telephone) that had got mislaid. In the big scheme of things, it wasn’t a huge deal, but this orange telephone was a vital component in the mind of a three-year old. I emailed KidKraft. Got an instant reply from Neil, saying he’d sort it out. True to his word, the piece arrived from Netherlands within 2 weeks. Sometimes we’re quick to write bad reviews, and slow to praise good customer service, so huge thanks to Neil for helping make a young girl very happy.
