Do not waste your time with this company they will drag you out for months at a time with no answer. Days before installation date we get an email saying they still haven’t received a product after waiting 3+ months now we’re going into winter and we still don’t have a play set . I mentioned if this could be canceled and without an answer, they canceled my order . Beware do not waste your time with kids Craft playset. We now have an upset child.

One of the worst experiences ive ever had. After purchasing and being told a 4-6 week window. I got a date of over 3 months out. 2 days prior to that date it got moved another month with no reason of why it got moved to over 4 months after purchase. Tried to cancel the order and the money got sent to an expired card since it had been so long. Therefore I tried calling the customer service rep and got told they cannot change the info on their end and will not issue a appropriate refund to a updated card. If you want a playset on time and want good customer service stay very far away from this brand. Ive never wrote a review before but this warranted it when its thousands of dollars theyre playing games with.

I purchased a playground in April and was scheduled for installation for 7/17/2026. I received multiple confirmations of the date. On 7/15/2026 I was rescheduled for 8/14/2026 with no reason provided. After discussing with KidKraft and Backyard Products, the new date was set for 8/14/2026. On 7/21/2026 I was then informed that I needed to select a new playground for install on 8/14/2026 as the one I purchased is not available until end of September (what happened to the one at Backyard Products Branch 63 had?). I selected a new playground and both KidKraft and Backyard Products confirmed the installation date is still 8/14/2026. On 8/07/2026 I called Backyard Products to confirm my install date for 8/14/2026 and was informed that I have been removed from the schedule with no reason provided. Summer is almost over and a purchase I made in April has still not been installed. KidKraft keeps telling me they can provide up to half of my installation fee back AFTER installation - which is apparently never going to happen since I have been rescheduled and cancelled without reason.

I purchased a swing set a few weeks ago and have been trying to get a hold of their customer service via email 3 times and I haven’t heard back from them yet. I haven’t encountered customer service that non responsive yet.

Horrible, never got the delivery after 3 months for a play set. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, President Donald J. Trump, Daniel Scavino Jr., Federal Trade Commission, JD Vance as well as the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at the very least. I will be looking into who else I can report your manufacturing company to. I will be informing them of the following and sending them proof..... I would like to report this manufacturing company for doing illegal practices and selling faulty and dangerous merchandise to children. I have been patient with this company for 5 years now. Two years ago, they made an agreement with me to replace the parts that were broken and now they are refusing to keep up their part of the bargain. Since the plandemic my grandchild has been waiting to play on a gym set that she got as a gift for Christmas and they have done nothing but lie to me, sell me dangerous faulty products and refuse to do good on it. The play set they sold me was falling apart, missing pieces, bitten up by mites (or something), and warped yet they expect me to try to put it together and keep it for a child to hurt themselves on. I am pissed off. I believe that any corporation who doesn't follow the laws in united states should not be able to come back to united states and you should not allow them to. PERIOD!!! I believe you should make them stay where they are out of the country and continue to make them pay tariffs until they can sell your consumers (the united states people) proper and safe merchandise to families and children. My two year old granddaughter has been waiting to play on this item for 4 years now. The ports that were so vigible and still usable were sitting out in my garage and lanai getting ruined further, waiting for them to do what they promised to do. I will also be contacting all the individuals as well with private emails, but in the meantime, I am sharing this with the whole world as well as our government on how we should not be buying products from this company because they don't care about their consumers nor the safety of our children. Sir president isn't what this is about of keeping our children safe in all aspects and selling merchandise and products that aren't dangerous and defective. President Trump, sir, you need to make thia company stay in the other country where they ran away with the biden and obama administration and stay there until they make good on all the items that they sold people that were dangerous for children to be on. For over $300 it never should have been defective and not been replaced. They should continue to have to pay high tariffs overseas and fined. Please don't allow them to not come back to the united states of america. Our country does not want illegal corporations continuing to sell products that hurt our children and steal money from our children. Like I said, they made a deal with me 2 years ago. Knowing the situation and they agreed to send the parts now they're renigging on their agreement that they promised. I can prove they had an agreement with me because I have parts that they decided to send me in response to our agreement. But 2 years later, they are now claiming they are not willing to do what they promised to do and that was to make the swing set that I got right and safe.

The first thing you should know when purchasing this product is that the assembly is very extensive. We ended up paying $500 for the installation and it took two Workers three full days to complete a set. I’m not sure if the breakdown parts is for ease in shipping, but there are way too many pieces that could have been pre-drilled or preassembled. In addition, it is impossible to fill out the product warranty, which appears to be by Design. When you try to click on the state you are in there is a checkmark and you are unable to enter a state. In addition, they ask for things like box numbers, and product details that are overly excessive when you’ve already confirmed buying the swingset. Most people throw away the boxes after the installation which I’m sure they are fully aware of. The product once assembled is fantastic, however, it takes forever to assemble, and you’re not going to be able to complete the warranty registration form. So the excellent price at Costco $1400 is not the actual Cost unless you have over a week and plenty of time to complete the assembly yourself.
