Our Business has been so pleased with KiboPay and Shirley, our Customer Service Representative, that we have dealt with. They have walked us through changing over our credit card processing system, and with such great attention to detail and wonderful service. Neither my husband or I are real tech savvy and they made the transition a smooth one AND continue to check in with us. It was a great decision for us to make the switch, and we are keeping lots of money in our pocket(s). Very thankful a friend in business told us about this Company and service !

I wish to give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars. Everything is an excellent. From customer services, tech supports, devices, merchant portal, and the one of best about Kibopay is that the person who I signed up for the Kibopay constantly called and texted me to check everything runs smoothly. I strongly recommend everyone change to Kibopay, and will never regret.

The entire process of setting the business up with Kibopay and the new credit card scanner has been easy and efficient and any questions were addressed promptly. It was a very good alternative to raising my rates for service since the business falloff due to COVID. The Free Trial made it a No Brainer for me. I am very pleased and will continue to be I am sure.

After seeing that I had ponied up almost $2000 in CC fees during the CV19/slowest year we've aver had I decided to switch CC processors. I've saved over $700 in the first few months since switching over to KIBO and no complaints.

Kibopay so far an excellent app for merchants. Everything running smoothly in all aspects. The way it should be so that we can concentrate in prob aiding a good customer service.
