Kibo PayReviews of kibopay.com

Hey guys of the Internet I contacted Cabot Frio referral from a plumber friend of mine set me up with a great girl from Florida as a rep named Maria. She was efficient, friendly, and got the job done. Why pay a fee when you can go with Kibo and deal with Maria sure to take care of you you!

I highly recommend Kibopay for credit card processing. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Shirley reached out personally to make sure my questions were answered. She and several other staff members that I spoke with were topnotch.

Maria has excellent customer service.

I received a flyer from Trustpilot claiming that a credit card processing company named Kibo could process all of my credit card transactions for $29.00 per month total cost regardless of the total amount of charges. I called for more information and Maria Khapayeva did an excellent job of explaining that the processing works by charging the customer instead of the merchant. I have a small business but the savings are significant and Maria is always available to help me through any questions or concerns. In my first month of sales with Kibo all as gone well and we haven't had negative feedback from our customers.

We received a brochure in the mail so I called and talked with Brian and we decided to give KIBO a try. I have been VERY happy with the response & service that I've received from Shirley. She always answers my questions or concerns with professionalism & friendliness. Even though we've only talked on the phone I feel like we've been friends forever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIBO. They have great employees & I feel that they are very trustworthy and honest.

I've been in business for 40 years. Over that time fees have gone up and been added regularly. I started with a 1.56% discount rate. Per transaction fees were added at $.20 each. Then they claimed the credit card companies were adding fees that were passed on to the merchant (me). I should not have to pay for rewards that the credit card companies offer to the cardholders. They should pay for their own offers. My last bill when dividing all of the fees by the total charges amounted to 6.4% that was taken from me! I was fed up. The postcard offer for $29.99 flat fee from Kibo arrived! My last bill from the other guys was more than ten times that amount. I get all of the money I bill put in my bank before 8am the next morning instead of waiting until the third business day. These guys are great! Very few cardholders complain about the fee I'll call a convenience fee. That flat fee is all I owe each month. I highly recommend Kibopay!

I wish I had this service early; I could save a relatively big chunk of my expense. It is very straightforward deal, and no hidden cost like promised. And follow up service has been amazing.

Maria has been a phenomenal resource during my transition to your service. She’s very attentive to her accounts and is a tremendous asset to your company providing the highest possible customer service.
