Shirley is the BEST! Always the most helpful and honest customer service we have ever experienced! We switched to another company for a very short period of time and soon learned that we were not told about a lot of fees, and customer service was definitely not what we had with KIBO, so of course we switched back! I have been a small business owner for over 12 years and within that time I have been with at least 6 different credit card processing companies. All of whom, has never satisfied me, with neither the fees nor with the customer service. (ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE). So therefore, I was skeptical about the savings promised by KIBOPAY.COM and the stupendous customer services that they seemed to offer. So, after several months of delay, mostly with me being reluctant to switch, I finally did. And it has been an absolutely incredible experience. It really was everything they said it would be. I Was paying over $1300 each month in credit card fees. And now: $29.99 each month. WOW!!!! I feel pretty dumb not making the switch earlier, especially after Covid-19 hit us, because since then, 85% of my total sales are now processed using credit cards. **Nobody pays with cash anymore** (Behold the Future). Also, as far as customer representatives go. Everyone that I had a pleasure of speaking with, provided me with the utmost courtesy, and answered all of my question, with knowledge and a "smile". It made the entire process so incredibly pleasant. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention an extraordinarily, and exceptional customer representative that helped me step by step, and made the transition so incredibly easy. Thank You very much, Shirley Giraldo, without you I would have been completely lost. I appreciate your help, your patience, and especially, for not giving up on me and allowing me the time and space to switch over when I felt comfortable and ready. Unlike, EVERY OTHER company, you NEVER pressured me one bit and you never abandoned me through the transition, and even helped me along afterward. So on behalf of my family and myself, Thank you very much. You have my respect and trust!

ALL small business owners NEED this payment processing system. When I called the company to inquire about a flyer I received in the mail, I spoke to Maria. She proceeded to explain the system and the benefits to the point that I had to tell her "this is too good to be true". After being told additional specifics in how everything works, I then started reading reviews on the net, and I decided to give it a shot. I've only used the system for a week, and I REALLY wish I knew about this sooner. It's a brilliant idea in the world of outrageous processing fees. I've had a few issues with the system, basic setup parameters and terminal settings, but those issues were solved immediately by Maria. Maria provides probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in over 40 years. Hey all you small businesses, ESPECIALLY restaurants, change to Kibo pay. You will use it someday, and you will kick yourself for not doing it sooner. The system puts thousands back in your pocket, no more paying fees for processing cards!
