Only been using for a week or so and it is amazing. Easy terminal, great customer support. Money in the bank next day during the week.

I was apprehensive to use a non-face-to-face credit service whom I only heard of through a mailing advertisement for MANY reasons. However! I must say that although I'm still just barely a week into their service, I am EXTREMELY happy that I switched! You immediately are answered by an actual person--not stuck going through 10 minutes of automated "if you are calling about..." routines that all of us positively HATE. And a glitch in processing my second day's batch was not only handled with the customer service person personally bringing in the tech support AND staying online to be of assistance as needed but she also followed through on getting that batch deposited into my account much faster than the 5-10 business days (it had to be a "forced batch" not a daily one) but then the original contact person who helped set up my account called me TWICE to make sure I was being serviced properly!! WOW...what else could anyone want?!

ive been in the restaurrant business for over 20 years and have never had better customer service than with kibo pay. Any time i hqve a problem or need help they are on it. would like to say a special thank you to my rep matia you are the best

Our experience with Kibo Pay is top notch.

Talked to Maria while trying to set up my account, she stayed on the line while she contacted Tech support. Between both Maria's, the young lady in Tech support was also named Maria they walked me through the problem. It took more than 30 minutes and they figured out that I needed to use Google Chrome for my dashboard. Both pleasant and very courteous. Trying the system for the first time today. Maria from support told me it was her weekend off but to reach out to her if I had any problems. I have been in business over 40 years and this is what you call a great asset to any business.

My experience with Shirley certainly lived up to the reviews written about her. Professional, extremely informative, very comfortable to do business with. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, i'd give it !
